Join a dedicated team within a multifaceted and ambitious company! **Principal functional responsibilities** + Responsible for coordinating the Business Unit FP&A processes and ensuring the successful completion of requirements for Copeland’s reporting cycle. + Review and consolidate IMEA entities' forecasts, rigorously assessing risks and opportunities for P&L and Cash flow. + Prepare and present meeting slides, and support staff during closing and forecast reviews with the President and US headquarters. + Load external adjustments to Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) as the need arises. + Assist in P&L analysis and prepare management reports for meetings. + Conduct day-to-day analysis and review of ad-hoc inquiries, resolving the best course of action. + Efficiently implement additional projects as assigned to support the overarching goals of Copeland. **Experience / skills** + Handle several projects simultaneously, demonstrating outstanding accounting and financial analysis skills. + Diligent, with leadership and capabilities, projecting presence and integrity. + Hardworking teammate capable of articulating ideas clearly and concisely to all levels of management! + Able to work independently, leading multiple tasks and demonstrating critical thinking to plan work schedules within required timelines. + Excellent interpersonal skills with sensitivity to cross-cultural environments.
