We’re currently searching for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join us on our journey to be the trades most valuable partner. 

About the Opportunity

This is a great opportunity to join our finance team in Cremorne.  You will lead and deliver the ANZ annual budget along with our three-year corporate plan and quarterly forecasting processes.  You will also provide analytical support for operational and strategic finance and business projects.  As a critical member of the FP&A Team, you’ll help to drive process improvements and will be a key facilitator in achieving the financial and strategic goals of the ANZ business.

About you

The position would suit someone who has had extensive experience in a similar business finance role, ideally within a large, complex organisation.  We’d love to hear from you if you have:

Demonstrated experience coordinating and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple business units to deliver budgets/forecasts to Senior Executives / Board.Demonstrated experience partnering with senior management and influencing stakeholders of varying levels of seniority.Ability to understand, utilise and improve sophisticated planning and reporting systems. Experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) is advantageous.Advanced communication and presentation skills (verbal and written), ability to present complex data and concepts to enable decision making.High attention to detail and excellent organisational and planning skills, with demonstrated ability to build out and deliver structured timelines.Intermediate to advanced user of excel, with experience in building financial models, SQL and working with complex data sets.Works collaboratively with others and builds and maintains strong relationships.Highly motivated, energetic, flexible, curious to learn, with a can-do attitude.Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, commerce or related.  As well as CA/CPA qualification.
