What You'll Bring:
5+ years of direct experience in FP&A, accounting, corporate strategy, or business operationsDemonstrated success in managing direct reports and/or influencing others without formal authorityDemonstrated project management skills and the ability to manage multiple competing prioritiesPower user with typical financial software packages, including Microsoft Office, large ERPs, financial planning systems, and Business Intelligence / Data Visualization toolsOperational and process-oriented mindset focused on execution/delivery of resultsComfortable in a deadline-driven and rapidly evolving environmentImpact You'll Make:
Lead the two Senior Analysts that are business partners to Communications, Media and Tenant & Employment verticals Provide core FP&A support including business partnering, budget management, forecasting and reporting Support the Sr. Director of FP&A in the creation of new or ad-hoc analyses and reportingDevelop new processes and reporting to advance the finance support for the sales organizationImprove forecasting and reporting processes in support of the Diversified Markets initiativesContribute to the growth and development of more junior associatesParticipate in high-impact, special projects that improve forecasting accuracy, expand business collaboration, and increase business insightsThis is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Benefits:
