This position reports to

Finance Manager

Your role and responsibilities

•\tSupport monthly financial report data preparation such as order & OBL report in closing period.•\tPrepare monthly OCF forecast and analysis the variance with the actual data.•\tMaintain proper audit trail and documentation for internal & external audit.•\tSupport company controller to prepare yearly BOD meeting documents.•\tPerform analyses of business performance versus budget and forecast and proposes improvement actions.•\tMaintain and enhance our current report system（Excel & PBI) and database.•\tOptimizes their performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, and coordinating information requirements.•\tPerforming other tasks assigned by Local Division Controller

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor or above degree major in finance or accounting\t5+ years manufacturing company finance and controlling working experience.\tSufficient knowledge and experience on financial analysis and budgeting/planning.\tExperience in SAP and data analytical tools such as VBA & deep knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform including Powe Apps, Power Automate, Powe BI.\tHighly adaptable capability and the excellent communication.\tEnglish proficiency in speaking and written.
