Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide reliable and timely analysis of financial results, budget, and forecasts. Each day, you will support the ABB group management and other stakeholders at various organization levels in decision making processes. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting in the evaluation of the impact of strategic, financial, or other major investment decisions.The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridGlobal relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.This role is contributing to the Process automation Finance Function in San Luis Potosi.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tSupporting the analysis of business performance versus plan and proposing improvement actions.•\tPerforming benchmarking of key performance indicators with industry competitors and similar businesses within ABB.•\tWorking with management team to understand and analyze drivers of financial performance and identifying market trends.•\tPreparing financial modeling for various hypotheses and analyzing impact to the organization and validating the accuracy of financial data and business information and reporting through reconciliation and review of exceptions.

Qualifications for the role

\tYou have 5+ years of experience in financial statement analysis (balance sheet, P&L) and in cost center and expense analysis.\tAbility to demonstrate your knowledge and solid foundations in accounting.\tYou are at ease communicating in English in an advanced level.\tHighly adept in Excel is a must. Experience with SAP is a plus.\tBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related.\tA previous experience in a transnational companie and/or Big Four companie is a plus.\tProblem solving mindset, good communication skills, prioritizing task ability.\tValid american visa and passport is desirable.
