What do you contribute?
As a Finance & Performance Manager / Financial Performance & Analysis Manager (f/m/d) in our Turnkey Business Unit, you will play a key role in ensuring financial transparency, planning, and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for consolidating key financial information, particularly regarding project and cost development, and preparing high-quality presentations for senior leadership.
Reporting to the Head of Finance & Performance Management, you will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive financial excellence.
Oversee financial planning processes, ensuring the accurate collection and consolidation of key financial data. Analyze project and cost development trends, providing actionable financial insights. Prepare financial analyses and reports that help senior management, and the executive board make informed decisions. Develop and maintain dashboards in Tableau, QlikSense, or Power BI to improve decision-making. Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure financial efficiency and transparency. Contribute to strategic FP&A projects that drive business performance and optimize financial planning across the organization.What do you bring along?
Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field. Extensive experience in controlling, commercial project roles, and/or Financial Assurance and Advisory with strong understanding of financial value flows and business optimization. Experience in preparing financial presentations and reports for senior executives. Solid understanding of project business, including financial structures, risk management, and key commercial processes. (Commercial) Project Management certification is a plus. Proficiency in Tableau, QlikSense, and/or Power BI for data visualization. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels and lead laterally. Full proficiency in English; German is a plus.What do we offer you?
