You will be the Financial Management Manager, leading a team of analysts in the execution of various financial and business operations activities for the PAC-3 Production and International programs. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional financial management and analysis to support program success and drive business growth.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Financial Management Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts and providing financial guidance and support to program and executive management.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading a team of analysts in the execution of financial and business operations activities, including training, proposals and negotiations support, and long-range planning
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive long-range plans, quarterly contract status reviews, and monthly variance analysis and reporting
• Providing financial analysis and insights to support program and executive management decisions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including program management, engineering, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for financial and business operations activities
• Supporting proposals and negotiations, including development of cost estimates and pricing strategies
• Preparing and presenting financial reports and analysis to program and executive management, including ad-hoc requests and special projects
• Mentoring and developing team members to enhance their financial analysis and business operations skills

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or higher
Financial planning experience with Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash
Cost management experience
Proposal experience
Desired Skills:
Understanding of LM processes
Program Finance experience
Experience with developing and briefing executive level reviews
Team Player
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
