A Week in the Life of a Financial Manager:

Prepare Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPR), sub-allocations, and Inter-Agency Agreement (IAA) funding documents Tracking and manage funding activities of obligations and expenditures Monitor program budget execution Prepare documentation to support the budgetary process Identify financial discrepancies and coordinating corrective action  Provide data updates to financial management tools, as required Maintain cognizance of designated program funds Provide input for recurring monthly budget execution meetings.
