Financial Manager
Financial accountabilities include financial planning, reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.  Accountability for Information Technology includes network functionality and security and suitable hardware and software applications that enable business processes.  The role requires an individual with strong financial acumen, embedded information technology systems and security applications, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with senior management, growers and other relevant stakeholders.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis Strategic Financial Support Cost Management and Profitability (Performance Metrics & KPI Management) Cash Flow, FOREX, and Investment Capital Management (Liquidity) Financial Reporting Governance & Company secretarial function Financial Technology and Automation Compliance and Risk Management Stakeholder Relations Team Leadership and Development:  
 
Formal Qualifications
Qualified Accountant (CA/CIMA) An MBA will be an advantage At least 8 years of post-SAICA articles experience  
Work Experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial and IT management within the fruit industry Expertise in reviewing commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and transactions Experience with international and local audits, including B-BBEE reporting Skilled in managing shareholder and contract accounts (Pools) Proven ability to manage teams, including motivation and discipline
