Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies Oversee all financial operations including accounting  Lead and mentor the finance team Manage the preparation of financial statements, monthly management accounts and other reports Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards Analyse financial data and provide insights to support decision-making Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions Identify and mitigate financial risks

Requirements:

CA(SA) qualification – preferred  Min of 5 years post articles experience BCom degree in accounting or related field Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices Excellent knowledge of data analysis business intelligence and forecasting methods Proficient in the use of financial management software
