Responsibilities:

Responsible for the P&L, accounting, finance, forecasting, costing, reporting, operations, deal/contract analysis, HO budgeting process, management & support, and implementing efficient production finance processes Ensure the timely provision of accurate expenditure and forecast reports Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations Construct and monitor reliable control systems Direct and monitor the implementation of financial strategic business plans Compile and analyse the company budgets, approvals, and reporting Maintain good relations with all members of the Senior Management team and direct reports Manage the accounting, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury departments Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for the companies Report financial results to the Exco and board of directors Monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the industry Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations. Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts Arrange for debt and equity financing and investing funds Manage debt repayments Be the company face for financial systems confidence in new clients and manage funding

Requirements:

CA(SA) qualification A minimum of 3 years' strong post qualified experience Previous experience as Financial Manager & the capability to step up to a director role
