This is a position for someone who wants to own the reporting function, contribute meaningfully to process improvements, and be part of a business that values structure, accuracy, and strong financial governance. You’ll be working closely with the Head of Finance and overseeing various accounting operations with a strong focus on AFS reporting, compliance, and system optimisation. Your day-to-day will include:
Responsibilities:
Owning and delivering accurate monthly and quarterly reporting in line with IFRS Preparing quarterly board packs and financial statements for submission to head office Supporting the half-year and year-end audit processes Budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing cash flow monitoring Managing a high-volume, deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities Leading a small finance team and driving continuous improvement Collaborating with internal and external auditors Driving systems improvements and digital reporting initiatives Overseeing general ledger, VAT, taxation, fixed assets, and forex exposureRequirements:
