FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST
Summary You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in the COMSUBFOR. Responsibilities You will identify any needed reports from Jupiter, work with developers to produce any new reports and train users in how to run and use the reports. You will be responsible to track the development of any new feeder systems, e.g., NOSS, Travel Modernization, etc., and identify any needed changes to COMSUBLANT ERP processes. You will be responsible to develop In-Person and Virtual COMSUBLANT specific core N-ERP Suite Training materials (content development) and curriculum for COMSUBLANT roll-out prior to training sessions. You will be responsible to ensure COMSUBLANT can accurately record and report business events impacting COMSUBLANT financial statements; the current N-ERP User Productivity Kit (UPK) can be accessed. You will be responsible to develop SOPs in cooperation with other N-ERP and SABRS support teams where a N-ERP solution gap is being resolved through business process reengineering (BPR). You will be responsible to develop job aids/ quick reference guides specific to the COMSUBLANT financial configuration, encompassing the most commonly performed business processes to ensure proficiency across the user base. You will be responsible to develop terminology crosswalks to assist COMSUBLANT from “As-Is” to “To-Be” environments. You will be responsible to provide standardization of the financial management processes in the form of shipboard financial user's manuals, standard operating procedures, and instructions You will document lessons learned and best practices from the SABRS to ERP transition. • You will be responsible to track changes in the COMSUBLANT organization/structure and work with ERP Tier 3 to update ERP master data, fund centers, and project systems accordingly. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: (1) Experience in the use of SABRS to ERP transition. (2) Experience in the use of Jupiter and running reports. (3) Experience in updating ERP master data, fund centers, and project systems accordingly. (4) Experience in the use of feeder systems, e.g., NOSS, Travel Modernization, etc., and identify any needed changes to COMSUBLANT ERP processes. (5) Experience developing SOPs. (6) Experience developing job aids/ quick reference guides. (7) Experience developing terminology crosswalks from "As-Is" to "To-Be" environments.
