Join a values-driven firm where you’ll have fun while solving complex and interesting business challenges. **Introduction to the team** The Financial Services Advisory group provides regulatory compliance, internal audit, information systems and related consulting services for financial institutions, including banks, credit unions and other types of financial services companies throughout the United States. Individuals who thrive at Moss Adams exhibit the following success skills – Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Executive Presence, Growth Mindset, Intellectual Curiosity, and Results Focus. **Responsibilities:** + Perform engagement planning, executing and issuance of final report, meeting client deadlines and keeping client owners updated + Perform and document testing on consulting, compliance and internal audit engagements + Identify findings and document opportunities for process improvement + Research technical issues that arise during the engagement; oversee the development of research skills for Staff and Seniors + Assist Senior Managers and/or Partners in developing strategic solutions to meet client needs + Continue to develop relationships with clients, including involvement in networking and business development activities + Provide training and supervision to engagement Staff and Seniors **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; business, accounting or finance preferred + CRCM, CAMS, CFIRS, CFE, CFF, CIA or CPA required + Minimum of 4 years of experience delivering internal audit, regulatory compliance and consulting services to financial institutions and/or experience as a state or Federal examiner for U.S. Banking agencies + Previous experience in banking or credit unions preferred + Minimum of 2 years of supervision and training experience preferred + Travel up to 65% annually + Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently + Creative problem solving and research skills + Strong analytical and report writing skills + Motivated to meet client deadlines and provide excellent client service + Experience managing multiple client engagements at the same time + Excellent verbal and written communications + Experience in business development preferred + Proficient with Microsoft Office \(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook\) Here, you’ll be challenged and rewarded for leadership, technical excellence, and inspired perspectives.
