Individuals who thrive at Moss Adams exhibit the following success skills – Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Executive Presence, Growth Mindset, Intellectual Curiosity, and Results Focus. **Responsibilities:** + Perform engagement planning, executing and issuance of final report, meeting client deadlines and keeping client owners updated + Perform and document testing on consulting, compliance and internal audit engagements + Identify findings and document opportunities for process improvement + Research technical issues that arise during the engagement; oversee the development of research skills for Staff and Seniors + Assist Senior Managers and/or Partners in developing strategic solutions to meet client needs + Continue to develop relationships with clients, including involvement in networking and business development activities + Provide training and supervision to engagement Staff and Seniors **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; business, accounting or finance preferred + CRCM, CAMS, CFIRS, CFE, CFF, CIA or CPA required + Minimum of 4 years of experience delivering internal audit, regulatory compliance and consulting services to financial institutions and/or experience as a state or Federal examiner for U.S. Banking agencies + Previous experience in banking or credit unions preferred + Minimum of 2 years of supervision and training experience preferred + Travel up to 65% annually + Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently + Creative problem solving and research skills + Strong analytical and report writing skills + Motivated to meet client deadlines and provide excellent client service + Experience managing multiple client engagements at the same time + Excellent verbal and written communications + Experience in business development preferred + Proficient with Microsoft Office \(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook\) Here, you’ll be challenged and rewarded for leadership, technical excellence, and inspired perspectives.
