Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA(SA), CIMA, or equivalent qualifications Required) An MBA (Masters in Business Administration) is highly advantageous and will be considered a key asset for the role Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior Financial role, with a proven track record in Financial Management. Strong understanding of Financial Regulations, Accounting Standards, and best practices Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with senior stakeholders Valid Driver's License and own Transport required Contactable references and payslips required Salary Structure:
