Job Summary:

As a Financial Data Analyst at Walt Disney Imagineering, you will become a member of our financial Center of Excellence team that directly supports our incredible projects around the globe. The work will help ensure strong vendor relations on each project by helping to manage vendor payment processes and providing ongoing transactional support for our WDI Project & Operations Finance teams.

The Financial Data Analyst reports to Manager-Finance.

What You Will Do

Our Financial Data Analysts engage in a high-volume processing role each day with multiple stakeholders. Specific responsibilities that you will experience each day include:

Processing multiple invoices on a daily basis for final submittal to Accounts Payable (AP)Ensuring all WDI and AP protocols are maintained for each invoice processed, including formats, approvals, SAP entry, data tracking and validationsPartner with WDI Project Finance to create and post journal & accrual documentsInteract with multiple clients and stakeholders, including vendor representatives, Accounts Payable, Sourcing & Procurement, and WDI Project FinanceDemonstrate the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environmentComfortable interacting daily with internal financial systems and learning new computer applicationsCuriosity for knowledge and learningContribute to our ongoing search for process enhancement and efficiency with new ideas/methods

Required Qualifications and Skills

1 to 4 years of related work experienceStrong attention to detailA highly professional "client service orientation"Experience as a reciprocal teammate with great social and organizational abilitiesExcellent communication skills in both oral and written settingsFlexibility to work with different personalitiesFocus on producing detailed work without data errorsConfirmed multi-tasking abilitiesBasic SAP experience, ideally within Source to PayProficiency in Excel

Preferred Qualifications

invoice payment processes on complex construction contracts involving General Contractors (GC’s)Prior experience with Accounts Payable and/or processing invoices for construction contracts

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a similar role.
