Position Overview International Motors is seeking a Senior Financial Consultant to join our team! In this role, you will collaborate closely with various business units to gain a deep understanding of the organization and provide insights aimed at driving profitable growth. Successful candidates will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong financial modeling background, and experience in financial reporting and analysis. Responsibilities Develops, interprets and implements financial reports for Financial and BU leaders. Collaborate with operations and finance business partners across the organization to Develop a deep understanding of the business Recommend opportunities to expand margin, balancing both BU Leaders and Corporate objectives Serve as the “go-to” finance contact for BU leaders in explaining actual performance, forecast changes, and BU performance opportunities Analyze features by BU to identify and recommend more profitable features for sale to customers Assist finance functions with Reviewing forecast methodology and allocation of actuals within Management reporting Developing robust actual vs forecast variance explanations to provide insight to BU leaders Lead Strategic Plan\Annual Plan review with BU leaders Analyze customer profitability Partner with BU leaders, supporting functions, and Corporate FP&A in developing long-term Variable Margin targets for individual products and business segments Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree At least 5 years of finance experience 1 year lead experience OR Master’s degree At least 3 years of finance experience 1 year lead experience OR At least 8 years of finance experience 1 year lead experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
