The Financial Analyst is responsible for a variety of financial and analytical duties associated with Supply Chain, including Distribution, Freight, and Vendor Compliance Income.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Budget

Assist in the preparation of assigned components of the annual Company budget.

Analyze variances vs budget and historical results. Identify key drivers and trends, and ensure the budget is complete and accurate.

Monthly Reporting and Close

Complete month-end closing activities and variance analysis to identify key variances vs budget and partner with the business on solutions.

Compile, validate and summarize financial information submitted by other business areas for monthly business review meetings.

Financial Analysis and Process Improvements

Support Supply Chain business units from a Finance perspective.

Assist with new business initiatives and process improvements.

Participate in special projects where a Finance perspective is required or requested by Management.

Development

Take ownership and drive your professional development, in conjunction with your Manager and Director

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related business field

One to three years experience

Preferred knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, PeopleSoft Financials, and Hyperion

Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment

Strong collaborative skills and ability to work within a team

Self-motived with critical attention to detail and deadlines
