**Description:** You will be the Financial Analyst Sr\. for the Tactical Missiles Finance Team\. Our team is responsible for driving financial excellence and providing strategic insights to inform business decisions across the Tactical Missiles business area\. **What You Will Be Doing** As the Financial Analyst Sr\., you will be responsible for leading the development and management of financial metrics, long\-range planning, and financial analysis to support program finance functions\. You will also collaborate with program personnel across various functions to drive affordability and position MFC for future missile program wins\. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing and managing long\-range plans \(LRP\) for the business area • Analyzing and reporting financial performance to senior management • Supporting Contract Status Reviews \(CSRs\) and presenting financial data to senior management • Leading the preparation of budgets and schedules for contract work • Performing financial analyses, such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis • Conducting employee analyses and preparing reports to ensure contract compliance • Assisting in schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks • Ensuring adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures and submitting timely requests for additional funding • Incorporating contractual changes into control systems and maintaining awareness of outstanding work against each contract **Why Join Us** We're looking for a seasoned Financial Analyst Sr\. who is a strategic thinker, a collaborative leader, and an expert in financial analysis and planning\.
