Financial Analyst - Senior

SUMMARY

As a Senior Operational Support Analyst, your leadership and advisement of the finance department contributes greatly to the success of financial performance and business processes.

STATUS: Full time             

LOCATION: Monroe Avenue      

DEPARTMENT: Finance - Homecare and Hospice

SCHEDULE:  Monday - Friday Days     

ATTRIBUTES

At least three (3) to five (5) years of prior relevant experience including collecting and analyzing data, healthcare experience preferredStrong computer and software skillsExcellent communication, presentation and organizational skillsDemonstrated analytical and problem solving and documentation skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership. Provide guidance, assistance and training for other team members; lead and coordinate specific departmental deliverablesBudgeting. Work with assigned leaders to assist in developing operational budgets, analyzing and summarizing budgets for review meetings and participating in budget summary preparation for the Board of DirectorsAnalysis. Meet with assigned leaders monthly to review financial performance against static and flexible budgets and assist in identifying causes for variance; help create improvement plansClient Management. Work to learn, understand and improve client business by: understanding clinical processes, developing staffing models, understanding supply chain impacts, vendor preferences and price inflation and interpreting financial transactions for non-financial end users

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
