Made Possible.** **MISSION / SUMMARY:** To support the Finance Manager and Sales Leadership in driving accurate and timely financial reporting, business analytics support, and continuous improvement initiatives for the Paperboard Manufacturing division. **JOB FUNCTION:** _Job functions include but are not limited to the following:_ + Support sales organization on monthly sales variance analysis and margin reporting. + Collaborate, develop, and distribute easy to digest dashboards and reports to help internal stakeholders track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven business decisions. + Write queries to extract data and validate data loads, analyze trends, recommend improvements. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging advanced features and capabilities within the company’s supported technologies. + Support the preparation of budget, forecasts, and long-range plans for the sales organization. + Perform ad-hoc analytics on mill costs, trend reporting, & benchmark support. + Assist Finance division with the month-end close process. + Prepare month-end and quarterly reporting requirements for Paperboard Manufacturing division in support of Corporate Accounting requests. **BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE:** + 2 or more years’ experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. **EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE:** + Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required. + MBA or CPA a plus. + Business systems and dashboard experience a plus **SPECIFIC SKILLS:** + Excellent analytical skills. + Dynamic, flexible team player with the ability to work in cross-functional teams. + Project management skills. + Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization. + Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task. + Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook + ERP (preferably SAP), SQL, and Power BI experience preferred. + Initiative / Self-Motivated. **\#LI-Hybrid** **Pay Range:** **$65,025.00** - **$86,700.00** **Graphic Packaging is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
