Financial Analyst M&A

We know our customers’ businesses intimately and deliver software to address their needs. Advantive is looking for a highly motivated Financial Analyst, M&A to join a collaborative and growing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, a great communicator, and enjoys collaborating with people with a diverse set of talents, in a dynamic fast-paced environment. Main Responsibilities · Transform financial data of recently acquired businesses to Advantive standards · Apply ASC 606 accounting to restate revenue to be compliant with Advantive’s standards · Prepare ARR snowball and retention analysis · Compile customer contracts data to forecast ARR and revenue · Collaborate with customer success team to drive pricing optimization and successful renewals forecasting · Track headcount and vendor expenses during integration process · Analyze vendor expense at new add-on for additional potential savings · Assess synergy analysis for viability and accuracy, then work with business leaders to track and execute QUALIFICATIONS · Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA or CFA a plus · 1-2+ years in Financial Due Diligence, Corporate Development, Private Equity, or FP&A (including M&A and integration related work) · Strong excel skills and passion for new technologies that promote efficiency · Comfortable working with leaders from many business units and ensuring timelines stay on track · Demonstrated ownership, problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable integrity · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Passionate about driving continuous improvement in yourself and within your functions · Ability to prioritize multiple duties and work independently · Flexibility and comfort with continuous change, willingness to take on challenges, and work in a fast-paced environment · You have worked in finance or accounting roles that require a strong knowledge of basic accounting demonstrate a level of business acumen PREFERRED SKILLS · Experience with Private Equity backed SaaS · Experience with M&A and integration related work · Understanding of key software KPI’s · Experience with ASC 606
