You will be the Financial Analyst, providing financial support to multiple programs, including New Business Acquisitions & Expenditures (NBAE), workforce planning, and contract management. What You Will Be Doing
As the Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial support to multiple programs, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing financial support to NBAE, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Assisting in the development and maintenance of financial plans, including budget plans, financial projections, and variance analysis
• Supporting workforce planning activities, including labor forecasting, staffing plans, and resource allocation
• Coordinating with program teams to ensure compliance with program requirements, including financial reporting, budgeting, and contract management
• Assisting in the development and maintenance of financial models to drive business decisions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate financial risks, and providing financial analysis and recommendations to program management
• Analyzing financial performance, budget trends, and cost savings opportunities to inform business decisions and drive process improvements

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
2+ years of experience in finance, including experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Experience with financial management systems, including SAP, Oracle, and Excel
Knowledge of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Desired Skills:
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Experience with classified financial management, including experience with NBAE and contract management
Knowledge of DoD security regulations, including security clearance procedures and classified information handling
Experience with financial modeling and analysis, including cost estimation, pricing, and profitability analysis
Experience with financial audit and review procedures, including preparation of financial statements and audit responses
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
