Responsibilities As a Financial Analyst II, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's decision-making through financial analysis and insights. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that financial data is accurately analyzed, reported, and leveraged to optimize business performance and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and report against monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results for your business area(s) Develop and maintain cost models, forecasts, and budgets for your business support area(s) Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements across operational processes Work with business partners to develop and manage annual operating budgets, ensuring alignment with company targets Support the forecasting process by tracking performance and updating financial projections as needed Collaborate with various business partners to gather and validate data Partner with senior management to assess business performance and offer financial guidance for decision-making Provide financial modeling and analysis for special projects, including capital expenditures, new product introductions, and process optimization initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; 2+ years of experience in financial analysis Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., TM1, ERP, Tableau) Experience working with large data sets and creating reports Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
