RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Financial Analyst II, EHC, is a key contributor to the financial management and decision-making processes within the organizationThis role involves in-depth financial analysis, strategic planning, and collaboration with various departments to ensure financial objectives are metLead the development of annual budgets and long-term financial planningConduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performanceDevelop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiativesAnalyze the financial impact of proposed projects or changes in business strategiesPlay a central role in the forecasting process, working closely with senior managementProvide accurate and timely financial forecasts based on industry trends and organizational goalsLead cost-benefit analysis for major projects and initiativesIdentify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficienciesProvide financial insights to support decision-making by senior managementCollaborate with department heads to analyze financial implications of various business strategiesOversee the preparation of detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholdersContribute to the development of the organization's strategic financial goalsParticipate in strategic planning sessions and provide financial perspectivesUtilize advanced data analysis tools and techniques to extract actionable insightsPresent findings to management in a clear and understandable mannerCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and insightsWork closely with accounting and other departments to ensure financial accuracy

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
