Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products (SI EP) is looking for a dynamic, results oriented finance professional to join our finance team. This is a unique opportunity to make history as part of a growing business by working closely with operations teams in ensuring financial transparency and accuracy, internal controls, reporting, analysis, planning, forecasting, monitoring and adherence to KPI’s as well as continuous improvement while collaborating with a team of financial analysts.

In this role, the incumbent will report to the Plant Controller and the role will be based out of Fort Worth, TX.

As a Financial Analyst, you will make an impact with the following responsibilities:

Fully involve and drive tasks including but not limited to revenue and cost recognition, month-end closing, and forecasting. Drive CAPEX including issuance of POs, creation of asset numbers, tracking of actual spend, reconciliation of actuals vs plan, and capitalization in accordance with Financial Reporting Guidelines. Work closely with the AP team to ensure invoice receipts are posted on a timely manner and escalate any topics to ensure correct costs are recognized at month-end. Have a continuous improvement mindset and work on processes to optimize operational performance and provide new insights that help in analysis and decision making. Adopt and streamline new processes and reports by automating and digitalizingExecute processes to ensure plant meets and adheres to all the required internal control requirements in critical areas such as invoicing, payroll, inventory etc. Collaborate with stakeholders within and outside the plant including operations, business segment, performance controlling, other plants, procurement, accounting, IT, and others. Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.

Basic Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field 3-5 years of experience in Accounting and Financial Analysis. Manufacturing experience a plus Working knowledge of SAP FICO. Proven track record of performing in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Ability to network, collaborate and willingness to learn Experience using automation tools such as Knime, Alteryx, and Tableau will be a plus Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to effectively manage deadlines, prioritize and multi-task Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
