Deliver accurate and timely financial reports. + **Forecasting & Planning:** Collaborate with department managers to develop monthly forecasts and weekly updates across multiple operational functions (HR, engineering, maintenance). + **Reconciliation & Problem-Solving:** Reconcile balance sheet accounts, develop action plans, and lead efforts to resolve discrepancies. + **Costing & New Product Support:** Assist with new product costing, provide insights, and ensure the accuracy of financial data. + **Inventory Audits & Internal Controls:** Coordinate annual physical inventories, oversee internal control processes, and drive financial process improvements. + **Cross-Department Collaboration:** Partner with Procurement and Accounts Payable to resolve blocked invoices and ensure smooth financial operations. + **Cost Savings & Process Optimization:** Identify cost-saving opportunities, track savings, and help improve financial processes across the plant. **Required Qualifications:** + A **4-year degree** in **Accounting or Finance** . + A minimum of **1 year of experience** in an accounting or finance role, preferably in manufacturing. + Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** . + **SAP experience** is a plus. + Strong **analytical, problem-solving** , and **organizational skills** . + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial data to non-financial stakeholders. + Ability to work **effectively across all levels of the organization** . **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with **plant cost accounting** and financial reporting. + A proactive, results-driven approach with a commitment to meeting deadlines and driving efficiency. + Strong knowledge of internal controls and financial best practices. **Why Join Us?** At **PDS Tech** , we’re not just about filling a role—we’re about building lasting relationships and fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
