Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Treasury Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing cash management strategies, overseeing debt/loan processes, and contributing to financial forecasting and reporting. Essential Functions
Cash Management
+ Maximize economic efficiency by optimizing cash management and liquidity strategies to enhance financial performance while minimizing risk.
+ Collaborate with the Finance Team to oversee corporate cash management, ensuring optimal liquidity and security.
+ Analyze and forecast daily/weekly cash flows to maintain efficient cash positioning and funding.
Debt/Loan Management
+ Support the management of banking relationships and loan facilities critical to business operations, including debt covenant reporting and compliance.
+ Prepare the monthly borrowing base and quarterly bank compliance certificates.
+ Evaluate the impact of SOFR on cash management strategies, interest rate exposures, and funding costs.
+ Oversee daily management of loan draw requests, repayments, and line of credit usage.
+ Manage wire transfers and other bank transactions.
+ Assist in maintaining banking relationships to ensure seamless financial operations.
+ Reconcile Letters of Credit and Bonds on quarterly and annually.
+ Bank account management – oversee the opening and/or closing of bank accounts.
+ Manage user access and processes across various banking platforms.
+ Maintain accurate records for all active bank accounts and address related inquiries or issues.
Forecasting/Financial Reporting
+ Provide management with insights through data compilation, report preparation, and the presentation of findings, analyses, and recommendations.
+ Assist in implementing and enforcing policies and procedures to improve the operational efficiency of the Finance Department.
+ Perform special projects, initiatives, and ad hoc assignments as required.
+ Prepare additional reports and analysis for management to inform financial decisions.
Requirements
Qualifications
Knowledge and Skills
+ Advanced computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Office applications; high-level proficiency in Excel (e.g., spreadsheet modeling and 'what-if' analysis).
+ Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
+ Ability to generate spreadsheet models for complex scenarios.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
+ Proven ability to interact effectively with division financial leadership, cross-functional departments, and external auditors.
Education and Work Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field required; MBA or finance qualifications are a strong plus.
+ 3-5 years of experience in a finance-focused role.
+ Experience in real estate is highly preferred.
