Title: – Financial Analyst

Purpose: Optimize data consolidation process, influencing efficiency gains and accuracy high quality.

Smart Infrastructure Buildings Performance Group Objective - Support SI B executive leadership on business decisions and performance commitments. Additional information on how we do it. Consolidate and analyze financial planning / forecasting from each business, comparing to monthly actuals. Run risk assessments, define key assumptions and define multiple potential scenarios. Analyze market trends to define top line targets. Communicate with Global Headquarters defining priorities and ensure SI B US has the path to deliver what was committed with Global HQ.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate monthly forecast and annual budget consolidation processes for SI B US Business Unit Lead the forecast submission process to local company and global headquarters Drive complex analysis on business performance, including comparison with forecast and previous years. Lead depth structure changes, reflecting the necessary business lines reporting model Prepare documentation for business reviews and budget presentations Identifies opportunities for process improvements, engaging on digital initiatives with focus on process automation. Work actively on ad hoc reporting and customized analysis, supporting senior management

Reporting directly to: FP&A Manager, Smart Buildings Business Unit.  

You will impress us with the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, BA or related field. Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience with finance and performance controlling activities Technical Proficiency in SAP, Excel and Power Point is required Minimum travel requirement

Preferred Qualifications and skills:

Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus Experience in data automation and digitalization tools, such as knime, power query, powerBI, etc. Analytical Thinking: Ability to think critically and solve problems. Effective Team Communication: actively engaging with all team members and fostering an environment of trust and collaboration. Time Management: Handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. Process Orientation and Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in financial reports and models.Resilience and Adaptability: ability to stay focused and composed in challenging situations.

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
