Job SummaryTo assist in implementing proper internal controls to support the organization’s growth.
To provide financial analysis and reports to senior management for strategic planning
To ensure that the business processes reflect consistent best practice
The Ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial concepts to support our financial planning and analysis activities.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 3+ years of experience in accounting/finance field within manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role working cross functionally with department leads and organization’s leadership team.
• Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations and/or program requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
• GKN Experience
• Aerospace industry experience preferred
• Active engagement within department and with other key functions throughout the business.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the finance department
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and collaborative team that is responsive and results-oriented.
• Excels in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, control, pricing, business analytics and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Connects and builds strong relationships with others, demonstrates emotional intelligence and an ability to communicate clearly, collaboratively and persuasively.
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Clear understanding of relevant technical accounting framework.
The compensation range is between $85,123 - $106,404.
