Summary:\nThe main functions of a financial analyst are to gather and analyze financial information; will typically conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs of public or private institutions. A typical financial analyst is responsible for analyzing and communicating financial information for clients.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\n• Assemble spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs used to illustrate technical reports.\n\n• Analyze financial information to produce forecast of business, industry and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions.\n\n• Interpret data affecting investment programs, such as price, yield, stability and future trends in investment risks.\n\n• Present oral and written reports on general economic trends, individual corporations and entire industries.\n-\tWork with local office in Southern Cone to establish documentation to align with Credit Approval.\n-\tBooking in the system of record to capture the loan becomes an active transaction.\n-\tFacilitating the funding process thru the local office in Southern Cone.\n-\tExercises decision-making authority in their day-to-day processes of preparing, reviewing, booking, and funding standard and non-standard documentation.\n-\tReviews other team members’ work for completeness and accuracy and provides additional guidance when necessary.\n-\tUtilizes Legal, Tax, and other support functions within Cat Financial, as needed, to ensure compliance with laws and regulations in multiple national and/or international jurisdictions.\n-\tMay communicate with internal/external counsel and other pertinent internal/external parties as needed to prepare and execute the necessary documentation.\n-\tGathers information to determine proper legal names, guarantors, authorized signers, and types of board resolutions required to complete transaction documents. \n-\tTypical financing documents may include loan/lease agreements, promissory notes, mortgages, security agreements, guaranties, assignments, and other transaction documents.

Education & Experience Required: \n•\tBachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline required. \n•\tAn advanced degree in a financial discipline is preferred.\n•\t5-7 years financial and/or accounting experience required.\nTop 3 Skills\n•\tBilingual in English and Spanish is required.\n•\tAbility to multi-task multiple projects at the same time.\n•\tDetail oriented\n•\tExcel knowledge, Salesforce and Oracle preferred.\n•\tAbility to learn the database in a timely manner.\n•\tAbility to have great decision-making skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $42.00/hr.
