     The Financial Analyst performs moderately complex to complex financial analysis reports and projects using moderate skills at a high level of proficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work cross-functionally with key partners on headcount management and ad hoc analysis. Prepare and communicate invoices Ensure all timelines on the monthly checklist are achieved with strong focus to deliver the Month-End tasks Generate Dashboards for local managers Support ad-hoc reporting and projects. Assist the financial planning process and monthly actual x plan analysis Interaction with associates in US, Europe and India. Expect some administrative work as well.

 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

 

Minimum experience in the area: 5 years; Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent; Fluent in English.

Advanced Excel experience. Excellent business partnering skills with peers and leaders. Ability to think critically and work within set guidelines. Self-starter with a high degree of intellectual curiosity. Strong attention to detail while meeting deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Able to work across national and cultural boundaries Commitment, organization, flexibility, proactivity and focus on results.
