Job Summary Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer - Caribbean, the Financial Analyst will be a key member of the Finance team. He/she will contribute significantly to Swissport’s profitable growth by driving timely, consistent and value add analytics across the region. He/she will be responsible for establishing standards in financial, operations and commercial analysis and will work closely with the country level FP&A resources. Your activities Drive consistent and value add management reporting and analysis across the region. Manage the 5-year business plan process to ensure key assumptions are well articulated and overall regional objectives are met. Own the budgeting cycle, drive upfront strategic direction to ensure in line with 5-yr business plan. Support business transformation workstreams – reporting tools, savings calculation. Support Commercial function in the establishment of standardized pricing methodology and customer analytics. Preparation of RFPs as needed. Develop customer profitability framework; model design within data constraints, establish cadence and priorities. Provide performance analysis P&L, cashflow and operational KPIs to regional leadership and Group HQ and drive actions from performance reviews. Lead the development and generation of reports against metrics to support the development of strategies for business growth and cost savings. Provide training to finance personnel in the use of corporate systems e.g. One Stream, Power BI to drive systems basis analytical capabilities, and to reduce/eliminate manual data gathering/consolidation. Consolidate weekly, monthly cashflow and P&L forecasts, ensuring complete and timely submissions. Complete Investment Requests for approval by Group. Your profile ACCA Qualified University degree in Statistics, Economics, Accounting At least 5 years in a Financial Planning and Analysis function Demonstrated analytical skills, with strong background in the use of systems, expert level excel modelling and decision support business intelligence platforms/tools.
