Responsibilities:
Reviews submitted initiatives in alignment with Global Benefit Guidelines.
Partner with initiative owners, as needed. Provide guidance, support, and training as subject matter experts.
Ability to create and model business cases to determine ROI impact
Review changes to Procurement pipeline and understands the impact of those changes to forecast or budget.
Strong collaboration with finance business partners and local finance on forecast and budget topics.
Prepare and analyze benefit and spend reporting to calculate PMG global fee to each unit globally.
Answer questions from local finance on PMG fees
Offers support during budgeting and forecasting exercises by preparing and analyzing various reports and by collecting and summarizing data and assumptions.
Work closely with accounting and transfer price team on accruals and reconciliations
Monitors and analyzes the revenue figures and expense accounts / Examine and analyze accounting records to determine proper classification of management accounting
Contributes to updating the policies, controls and business processes / tools and prepares required documentation
Requirements:
Academic degree or equivalent diploma in relevant subject matter
2-3 years analytical experience
Flash, forecast, and budget management
Expert Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
SAP and BI knowledge required
Experience in financial and business case modelling necessary
Wave or other initiative reporting software a plus
As a global role have the ability to adjust work schedule occasionally
Experience in or working with procurement function is not required but highly beneficial
Excellent communication skills with strong intercultural skills and understanding
Excellent social competence paired with persuasiveness and self-confidence, high level of energy and positivity based on a sincere personality
Team Player with a strong drive to create positive work environment, able to motivate and empower employees
Passion for continuous learning, ability to solid comprehension and fast familiarization with new and complex tasks
Good skills to set priorities and self-manage high volume workload
