The Financial Analyst is responsible for forecasting, reporting and analysis activities. The Financial Analyst will play a role in initiatives that support the North American store fleet and involve cross-functional teams, leaders of Finance and Operations. This position will report to the Manager of Store Finance.

Responsibilities Budget, Forecast, and manage the non-selling labor of the North American store fleet; Identify in season risks and opportunities. Execute critical weekly reporting distributed to the entire Stores organization and support functions of the stores to monitor labor performance. Assist in the management of Store Finance inbox. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to maintain visibility to store related activities and provide timely and accurate projections / reporting / variance analysis. Provide analysis and support for key meetings/decision making and present results to cross-functional partners and leadership. Refine existing financial models and develop new models to better predict performance. Perform special project and senior leadership assigned analysis as directed.

Qualifications

Two to three years of financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting experience. Attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to think analytically and creatively. Strong oral and written presentation skills Experience in Excel and financial modeling Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask/prioritize.
