Financial Analyst The Financial Analyst is a member of the Accounting and Finance team. This individual will be working on financial reporting and analysis. This also includes training, report development, and troubleshooting. In addition to the day to day duties, this role is critical in supporting our culture of reporting integrity, strong governance practices, controls, operational efficiencies, and financial data accuracy and accessibility. Job Summary + Data validation (data integrity) + Provide user support and other ad hoc requests + Assist with monthly, quarterly and year-end closing and reporting + Create/modify financial reports including financial ratios and KPIs + Set up and maintain reporting tools – OneStream and Excel models + Create user-defined reports + Internal & external quarterly and yearly audit support + Work closely with management and end-users + Create and maintain custom reports to support both monthly and ad-hoc reporting Required Skills and Qualifications + Month-end and quarterly consolidation and reporting + Variance analysis: actuals, budget, forecasts, etc. + Proven experience with OneStream, Hyperion Reporting and Planning or similar reporting applications + Develop financial reports including financial statements, dashboards, scorecards, and graphs + Understanding of relational databases Required Experience and Education + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance required + A minimum of 2 years related experience + Must possess intermediate Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint skills.
