Job Summary The Financial Analyst (FA) performs financial analysis, escalation of issues, and reporting functions for MarketSource’s Business Units. The FA collaborates with Client Services, Back Office Departments, and Accounting to ensure accurate data and fiscal management of assigned programs. The FA is proficient in the financial administration of programs which includes budgeting and forecasting, and ad hoc reporting. The FA role requires skill in Microsoft Office suite, building customer relationships, financial acumen, and the ability to work independently and function in a team environment. The ability to adapt to changes in the workplace and strong written and verbal communication skills are also key to success in this position.
