Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in San Bernardino, United States. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing valuable financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making processes within our organization.

Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast company performance and analyze financial dataPrepare detailed financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statementsAnalyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risksAssist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department headsPerform variance analysis and provide explanations for discrepancies between actual and projected resultsConduct industry and competitor analysis to support strategic planning initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendationsPrepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholdersAssist in ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as needed

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA certification preferred2-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related fieldStrong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysisAdvanced Excel skills and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Excellent knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processesSolid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detailAbility to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights clearlyKnowledge of financial markets and economic trendsExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $70,000- $80,000. Any offered salary range is based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, training, location, scope of role, management responsibility, etc.
