Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Ormond Beach-FL.The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving financial excellence by analyzing business performance, ensuring cost control, and maintaining accurate financial records.This is an on-site role, reports to the Business Controller and will collaborate closely with various teams to support the company’s financial goals.Cost Control & Analysis: Analyze and monitor manufacturing costs to identify variances and trends; Collaborate with production teams to optimize resource allocation and reduce waste.Accounts Reconciliation: Reconcile balance sheet and ensure all financial records comply with accounting standards and company policies, including intercompany transactions.Business Performance Analysis: Evaluate financial performance and provide actionable insights to support decision-making; Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against business goals.Journal Entries & General Ledger Maintenance: Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.Financial Reporting & Support: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management; Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.Process Improvement & Systems Expertise: Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and implement improvements.Additional Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a financial analyst roleStrong Microsoft EXCEL skills (capability to manipulate large volume of data);Experience with SAP (Preferred)Experience in developing Power BI will be a differential.English language skill(s) and proficiency.Candidates must be authorized to work in the USAPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr.
