Delivers quality analysis to all levels of management for decision making purposes. Guides the Analysis, investigation and resolution of the monthly results and variances. Maintains key financial relationships with all levels of management including directly supporting director level requirements. Leads a variety of ad hoc projects.
This position does require hybrid work in the Lincolnshire, IL office.
Responsibilities:
Makes recommendations and analyzes revenue forecasting and variance analysisIdentify financial risks and opportunities within the quarter, and contribute to the quarterly forecast processLead ad-hoc projects and develop financial reportingPartner with Vertical Commercial Leaders and effectively communicate financial analysisDesign and production of key management reports with appropriate narrative and explanationsBusiness Partnering advisory support to specific business functionsActs as finance contact for function by providing in depth knowledge of functionCoaches less senior analysts; serves as the subject matter expert on updating standards and regulations into ongoing process stepsReview and document current business processes and create process improvement recommendations for implementationPerform other duties as may be reasonably assigned within the jobholder's capability
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Accounting or FinanceCandidates with 3+ years of experience will be considered with 3 years of relevant Zebra experience, inclusive of participation in the FDP programPrior experience of working within a Finance department is essentialAdvanced Excel and database skillsForecasting experience
Preferred:
Appropriate professional qualification / certification to practice finance in country / region preferredExperience with simplifying complex data into presentable information Strong analytical and financial modelling skillsHigh degree of accuracyConfident at working to deadlinesExperience with revenue forecasting

Salary: USD 82500.00 - USD 123700.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
