As  a Finance Professional in our Central P&A team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm

Job Responsibilities 

Deliver value-added financial reporting and analysis, and assisting with strategic direction and decision making Create executive-level presentations that summarize results at various levels of the organization, including each line of business and consolidated CCB-level Perform variance analysis to understand the key drivers of the results and explaining changes from prior forecasts/budgets Drive improvements & design processes across LOBs Help design new reports and dashboards to efficiently deliver the financial results to senior management Manage and prioritize the requests and deadlines within the P&A calendar Enhance controls and streamlining processes, introducing automation where possible

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 

Bachelors in Engineering or finance or economics and/or CA / CFA / MBA from top Tier institute is required 8+ years of post-qualification experience in any of Financial Planning and Analysis, Capital Stress testing, financial research, valuations, etc., Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and Essbase Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely Inquisitive, enthusiastic, diligent, and capable of challenging peers Highly motivated self-starter, keen attention to detail, and work well under pressure and tight deadlines
