What You'll Do Oversee and execute the financial services billing process. Develop and implement strategies to optimize billing procedures and minimize errors.Work consistently to implement and evolve billing technology. Collaborate with local and corporate accounting teams to reconcile billing and all compensation transactions. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to financial services billing. Communicate consistently with field offices and leadership in billing preparation, execution, and reconciliation. Travel will be 25% to local offices and headquarters when necessary. A.) from four-year College or university; and a minimum of two years of customer service experience - OR- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and three years related experience and/or trainingKnowledge of financial services billing systems is preferred (Orion, SS&C, Advyzon)Overall general knowledge of financial services industry. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadline in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of regulatory compliance ailing standards is preferred.
