Our client is searching for a Creditors Clerk/ Financial Administrator The successful candidate would be one who has a background in retail processing of sales/ cost of sales analyses and understands gross profit
Cashbook
Capturing of daily cashbook for 5 companies
Creditors
Processing of daily invoices for 5 companies
Weekly and Monthly preparation of creditors payments
Supplier reconciliations
Project reconciliations
Be able to understand reports from Gaap and how to process these onto Pastel
Handling supplier queries
Adhoc admin duties
Credit applications
Manage all bill payments and customer invoicing as per the deadlines
Debtors
Generating Tax invoices
Generating credit notes
Understanding of statements
Requirements
Experience with processing Gaap reports onto Pastel Evolution
Must come from a retail background and did books to trial balance for Restaurants
Extensive processing and administrative skills
2 years experience with Creditors
Must be well presented and professional
Qualification relating to Finance/ Accounting advantageous
Opportunities to grow provided attitude and aptitude is excellent
Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Excel
