Financial Administrator
The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:

Tertiary qualification in Finance / Accounting will be an advantage Computer literate (Xero and MS Excel) Ability to work under pressure Independent thinker Honest and high integrity Own vehicle and valid drivers license Fully Bilingual (Afrikaans and English) The ideal candidate must be administratively oriented, have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, and can deliver client service of outstanding quality. The ability to work independently and proactively is a prerequisite.

Duties include, but not limited to: Financial administration Client invoicing Client collection Payables / expenses payments / load and track on Xero Basic day to day maintenance of bank feeds on Xero for creditors and debtors management Budget management from an administrative point of view, Work in process client services lists Excel - monitoring and management, with full overview by directors themselves General administration related to financials Personal admin assistance for directors Simplepay and other personnel records administration (leave, etc.) Assist the current accountant with administrative components of tax administration CIPC client services (training will be provided if necessary) Annual returns monthly BO updates annually
