Our client, a major international manufacturing site, is seeking a Financial Administrator to join their team in Virginia Beach, VA. As a Financial Admin, you will be part of the financial team and assist with tracking expenses and data entry of financial statements. The ideal candidate will have communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Pay:** $25.00 - $28.00/hr. depending on experience
**Shift: Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm (flexibility in this role being part-time during business hours)**

**What’s the Job?**
+ Directly support the financial analysts in pulling data from financial systems into excel to create monthly and quarterly financial reports to be submitted to business stakeholders
+ Data clean up that would help prepare for a migration to S4Hana from SAP
+ Financial data entry
+ Field test billing
+ Creating internal work orders (tracking expenses across multiple business areas)
+ Creating several expense related reports to view actual to plan costs across the business
+ Processing asset disposals while ensuring compliance
+ Asset transfers to capture costs in the correct cost centers
+ Asset audits
+ Monthly headcount reconciliations
+ Additional duties as needed
**What’s Needed?**
+ Minimum of 2-3 years of SAP experience
+ Experience in the financial field preferred, but strong administrative background is required
+ Degree/Diploma in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel specifically
