Provides the business not just regular and standard reports but creates and initiates transparent, value-adding and meaningful reporting that enables the business to address, improve and maintain best practices in supply operations. Reviews the Trial Balance and P&L and makes sure that the balances are compliantly recorded. This includes management reports and analytics that feed into Execs (Supply Director) and key decision makers (Head of Move, Make etc), members of Finance Leadership Team and Global Supply Community to ensure that they are abreast with the current business performance and focus on the right areas are maintained and issues are escalated and resolved timely. **About the role** Plays a very important role in the asset accounting through tight working relationship with project managers and the accounting team, also leading the annual fixed asset validation exercise. **Role Responsibilities** This role is responsible for leading the statutory audit cycle and to support the tax submission. **Month end reporting** + Run aged PO report and assist PO owners with the right PO housekeeping + Collect and submit capitalization requests from project managers / engineering team + GL action item review to ensure a healthy balance sheet + Provide accruals to the RtR team for processing + Review Trial Balance and ensure the recorded overheads are correct in terms of value and compliance **Performance review with Financial Director** + Monthly Trial Balance and P&L review about the month-on-month movements + Quarterly Financial Statement Review + Annual Statutory Financial Statement Review, including audit findings **Environment, Social, Governance (ESG)** + Monthly consolidation, validation and system submission + Annual plan submission **SKU reset and standard costing** + Activity rate validation and standard cost reset for the locally produced products **Experience / skills required** **Flexible Working Statement** Flexibility is key to our success.
