Finance _ Vice President, Data Analytics _ 3423
This Vice President, Data Analytics will lead the business side of data analytics for Sevita and will closely partner with the operating groups, finance, HR, and technology teams to deliver analytical tools, analysis, insights and impact to Sevita. This role is 100% remote and can be performed from anywhere in the US. **_Responsibilities:_** + Develop a data analytics capability and skill set in Sevita. + Lead the business requirements of data analytics and partner with the technology team to develop a data analytics infrastructure and toolset for the business. Ensure enterprise solutions, no ‘shadow IT’ solutions + Leverage business insights and knowledge to get buy-in from key partners to assist in the prioritization of data projects + Develop programs to develop these skills and capabilities in the existing team + Build strong relationships with operating group leaders and corporate partners to co-lead business performance projects that require data analytical skill sets to accelerate insights and performance. Examples include but are not limited to: + Improving recruiting hiring, pre-boarding, and on-boarding process and KPIs + Improve our revenue cycle performance by providing more analytical and operational insights to the team. + Support business performance projects where discrete analyses can help support the team. Examples include but are not limited to: + Defining New Start priorities and investment cases leveraging past performance data, market data, and field insights + Improve our financial forecasting process by defining the analytical relationship between labor vacancy rates and overtime/agency spend + Manages assigned personnel. Completes performance evaluations, orientation, and training. Makes decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions.
