Faurecia Clean Mobility (FCM) is a global player in the automotive industry and is represented in 25 countries, operating 77 sites, with 7 R&D centres and employs 21 500 employees worldwide. FCM South Africa is looking for a Finance Graduate to be based at our plant in Port Elizabeth.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Yes Graduate will responsible for assisting in the controlling of a plant in order to guarantee and optimize the plant's financial performance and competitiveness
The main missions will be to gain development and learning on the following:
As a Plant controlling graduate, your main responsibilities are as follow:
Assist in ensuring compliance to all financial procedures Execute and control internal finance procedures in accordance with Group procedures and policiesEnsure site activities are compliant with Faurecia finance related procedures (product flow, inventory, routings) and internal control basicsInternal audit of processes and proceduresProvide reliable financial / controlling informationPreparation of daily KPI dashboardParticipate in financial forecasting processes, providing data for budget, periodic forecast etc.Collect and manage data consolidation and reporting, ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency and complianceUpdate information into the ERP SystemAssist in ensuring reliability of standard costingContribute to controlling analysis including variance analysis/standard costs, margin/programs, plant budgetary controlCollaborate with Shared Service Centre obtaining/providing proper finance informationContribute to the control and management of the plant’s operating cashflow (capex, inventories, overdues)
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
The ideal graduate will have/be:
Cost and Management Accounting Degree/ Diploma Computer literate and good knowledge of IT systemsSolid accounting knowledgeStrong teamwork Languages: English Good communication skillsAttention to detail.Good analytical SkillsAge between 18-35Never been registered with the Y.E.S Youth Program before
