Finance Trainee

As a Finance Trainee, you will be integral to the future digitalization of end-to-end Customer Invoicing to Cash processes. Being part of an international organization, you will be collaborating with diverse teams to support countries across Europe and working closely with Finance teams across Credit Management, Invoicing management, Collections & Receivables management and AR Monthly closing and Reporting. Your possible responsibilities

•    Manage incoming payments (wire transfers, Direct Debit, Cheques)
•    Handle incoming requests
•    Participate in month end closure activities: reconcile AR postings with GL, analyze & resolve discrepancies, prepare reports 
•    Participating in process automation initiatives and ensure seamless adoption and transition

What we are looking for: 
•    Ongoing studies preferably in the field of finance or economics (student status min. until mid 2026)
•    Studies in second year or above
•    Min. 20-25 hours availability/week, availability on the last and first two working days of the month is particularly desirable
•    Knowledge of Microsoft Office
•    Being familiar with accounting principles
•    Fluency in English (another European language considered as a plus)
•    Knowledge of SAP is an advantage

•    can interact with colleagues in a professional manner (both in English and in Hungarian)
•    is a team player, able to collaborate with colleagues
