Leidos is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Talent Development Program Manager to join our team in Reston, VA. This role directly supports the Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP), Entry-Level Professionals (ELP), and Intern Programs, reporting to the Executive Sponsor. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in cultivating and growing future finance talent within our organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
Foster strategic partnerships across the Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) team to enhance leadership development.Lead talent development programs by recruiting participants, aligning program content with strategic finance goals, and ensuring meaningful work assignments for interns, ELPs, and FLDPs.Mentor and advocate for program participants, ensuring regular check-ins and professional development support.Manage the logistics and coordination of recruiting, interviews, and onboarding for FLDP, ELP, and Intern programs.Facilitate large-scale annual events such as the Leadership Development Conference (LDC) and Intern Takeoff, ensuring high engagement and learning outcomes.Lead regular meetings with program governance boards and senior leadership on program status.Collaborate with F&BO HR and Business Partners to ensure alignment with organizational and HR goals.Drive organization-wide engagement initiatives that foster networking, connectedness, and collaborationExamples of New Project Responsibilities:
Develop and launch an internal mobility program that encourages talent movement across the F&BO organization.Build a mid-career development program to bridge the gap for emerging leaders at the mid-career level.Design and implement a formal mentorship program that connects experienced leaders with emerging talent.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business-related field and 12+ years of prior relevant experience.A passion for talent development and people leadership.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strategic thinker with the ability to implement programs that align with organizational goals and build a strong finance leadership pipeline.US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed.Preferred Qualifications:

Pay Range:Pay Range $112,450.00 - $203,275.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
